Patient experience of dentistry:

There are many initiatives now to improve equitable access to dental care. Do we really know and  understand from careful analysis of patients'  narratives, all the factors that today's patients take into account ,when deciding whether to seek dental care or even dental advice for themselves or their families?

This question is now undergoing a critical appraisal of the relevant literature and the evidence summary will be published on the website and in the BDJ in due course.
